In 2016, FACEYOUTH began with a simple but powerful belief: every young person deserves the opportunity to thrive, regardless of their background, circumstances or the barriers standing in their way.
Ten years later, that belief has grown into a decade of service, partnership and impact.
On Saturday 28 November, we will come together in Aberdeen to celebrate FACEYOUTH’s journey, recognise the extraordinary people creating change in our communities and raise vital funds for the next chapter of our work.
The FACEYOUTH 10th Anniversary Celebration and Heroes Awards will bring together young people, families, volunteers, community leaders, businesses, partners and supporters for an inspiring evening of recognition, connection and celebration.

The FACEYOUTH Heroes Awards will recognise individuals and organisations whose courage, dedication and service are helping young people and communities flourish.

Ten years of empowering young people
FACEYOUTH works to improve opportunities and outcomes for disadvantaged, marginalised and underrepresented children and young people.
Our mission is to empower young people to overcome barriers, tackle inequality, access opportunities and become confident, resilient leaders.
Through mental wellbeing support, education, mentoring, skills development, leadership opportunities, creative activities, poverty-relief initiatives and community partnerships, we help young people recognise their potential and build brighter futures.
This anniversary is not simply a reflection on what has been achieved. It is the beginning of an ambitious new chapter as FACEYOUTH develops its national and international reach.
